The Austrian management consultant and author Selma was born in Sarajevo and is founder of Brainswork, the pioneer Chief Networking Officer (CNO) worldwide and respected expert in the networking community. With more than 18 years of professional experience in New Business Development in Central-, Eastern- and Southeastern-Europe, her innovative approach to business was honored with the Austrian Woman Award 2006.

She is member of the Advisory Boards of Waldzell Austria and Net-bridges Brazil, married with her first love and proud mother of two children.
